Chia seeds are a great form of Omega 3s, anti-inflammatory but only if they are fresh ground and stored in a cool-dry place. Otherwise, they are a great form of fiber to help bind to and draw out toxins and excess hormones for elimination via your digestive system. Gojis are packed c nutrients including iron, Vitamin A & E, (zeaxanthin & carotenoids), and trace minerals.
