  • Juicing for weight loss and picking up new training at the same time is a bad idea.
  • Nourishing your adrenals (try picking up an adaptogen herb).
  • Juice every 2-4 hours.
  • Drink @ least half your body weight in oz of water (AT LEAST!)
  • Prep properly. You can cause more harm than good to your endocrine system if you do not spend proper time in prep
  • Generally, use more veggies than fruits.
  • Invest in a juicer ($150-$1500).  Trust me a real juicer will save you time in clean up and paying for a juice cleanse your first time may cost $500!
  • Juice at least 3 days to get the true health benefits so many talk about (re-calibrating your palate, eliminating cravings, loosing water weight, eliminating toxins, cell renewal…)
  • Juice until the excess film on your tongue is thin and no longer colored.
