Back 2 School Recipe Alert : Allergen Free PB & J Snax

This has literally been my new jam !!
Banana Boats c Cashew Butter, Jam, n Cocoa Nibs & Coconut.It’s like a PB&J sans the bread and even better.  This is a great after school snack for the kids and can be customized according to whats in your cabinet.  If you want to make this snack ahead of time, you can put some fresh lemon juice in a spray bottle, spray the sliced bananas and cover with parchment paper then saran wrap

(or the new beeswax saran wrap substitute if you prefer to take steps to preserve our planet!

Instructions :
Leave the peel on the banana & cut the banana in halves,
top with your favorites & peel as you eat.This one has the Apricot Fireweed Jam, Raw Cashew Butter, and topped c Cocoa n Coconut.

Where to find the ingredients?

-No additive Jelly: You can find healthy sugar-free jelly such as Crofter’s Brand at Health Nut Nutrition or your local health foods store.

-Cocoa Nibs & Coconut: most cost effective in Bulk
